How I Use Your Information

I use this information to respond to your inquiry and discuss your project. If you subscribe to updates, I use your email to send occasional news on new work. I never sell your information, and I only use it for the purpose you provided it.

How Your Information Is Stored

Contact form submissions are sent directly to me by email. I am the only person with access to this information. I keep messages only as long as needed to respond to you or maintain a record of our work together.

Cookies & Analytics

This site may use standard analytics to understand how visitors use it, such as which pages are viewed. I do not use this data for advertising or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

You can ask me to access, correct, or delete any information I have about you, or unsubscribe from updates at any time, by emailing brian@vervoxcreative.com.

Changes to This Policy

If I update this policy, I will post the change here with a new date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service set clear expectations for how I work with clients, from the first Strategy Session through project delivery.
Service Scope

I provide website design, booking and inquiry systems, ongoing retainer and site management, and business systems and automation for owner-led local businesses. Every engagement begins with a paid Strategy Session; project specifics are defined in an individual agreement afterward.

Project Terms

All projects require a signed agreement, a 50% upfront deposit, and clearly defined deliverables. Changes to scope require written approval and may affect pricing and timeline.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your original materials and the final deliverables once you’ve paid in full. I retain rights to unused concepts and may use completed work in my portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Payment Structure

Project fees are outlined in your individual agreement. Final payment is due before file delivery. Costs for third-party services, rush requests, or scope changes are billed separately.

Timeline & Communication

Project timelines are set in your agreement. I read every message myself and reply within one business day, usually sooner. Delays in client feedback may push back the completion date.

Confidentiality

I keep your business information confidential and take reasonable steps to protect it. A signed NDA is available on request before we discuss sensitive details.

Termination Rights

Either of us may terminate an engagement with written notice. Payment is owed for work already completed. Kill fees may apply as outlined in your agreement.

Liability

Services are provided “as is”, without a guarantee of specific results. My liability is limited to the fees you’ve paid for the project. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

This Disclaimer covers how to interpret the content on this site, separate from the Terms that govern a paid engagement.
