Giving a Phoenix Realtor Her First Real Home Online
Cecile De Faria sells homes in Phoenix and Scottsdale with The Brokery, and until this project she had no website of her own. I built one that centralizes her brand, puts her neighborhood knowledge on display, and gives buyers and sellers a clear reason to reach out.

Overview
The design leans warm and modern, with clear navigation throughout. A Webflow CMS powers neighborhood guides and testimonials, so updates stay simple for Cecile and her team.
Discovery came first: what actually sets an agent apart in a crowded Phoenix market. I mapped buyer and seller journeys, then shaped a sitemap that balances neighborhood insight with lead capture.

The Challenge
Phoenix real estate is crowded with agents who all look the same online. Cecile’s presence was scattered across portals and social profiles, none of which she owned.

The site had to read unmistakably as her: local, personal, established. And it had to convert, not just look good.

The Solution
A visual identity in blue, white, and charcoal, with a serif and sans pairing that reads warm and credible. The Webflow CMS runs neighborhood guides, posts, and testimonials.
